Respond and Engage

Fellowship and Growth!

Each week, 9th-12th grade students gather at each campus to engage in high-energy, authentic worship, hear truth from God’s Word, and receive challenges to help them grow in their relationships with Jesus and others.
During the school year, students also meet in home-based small groups. HSM Groups are grade- and gender-specific small groups where students gather to pray, learn God’s Word, build meaningful friendships, and challenge one another to follow Jesus completely. High School Ministry also fills the calendar with a host of special events, outings, retreats, and the annual Bible & Beach trip.

Groups

Teen Support
Blankenbaker
Life is hard, especially in our teen years. This group is specifically for those ages 13 to 17 who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational struggles. Students who would like a place for safe sharing of difficult topics are invited as we learn from and find support in one another. The group is facilitated by a number of competent young adults who have a heart for this generation.

HSM Guys Bible Study: Not a Fan
Crestwood
This Bible study is for High School Ministry guys who are looking to grow deeper in their relationship with the Lord. We will be going through the Bible study for "not a fan.," a book written by Kyle Idleman a few years back, with a message we believe our students need to hear. Twenty times in the New Testament, Jesus Christ issued a compelling and challenging invitation: “Follow Me.” Jesus is not interested in mere fans. He doesn't want enthusiastic admirers. He wants completely committed followers.
